A Palestinian woman member of the Ali family picks olives in the Palestinian village of Jama'in, in the West Bank October 19, 2006. Part of the olive trees of the Ali family are in the border with the Jewish Settlement of Tapuach, which makes it very dangerous for the family to pick the olives because of continuous attacks and threats by Jewish settlers to members of the family. In order to harvest the trees this year by an Israeli Court decision the family has been protected by Israeli security forces. To make sure the family can harvest the trees the family also is receiving the help of an Israeli NGO called Rabbis for Human Rights. RHR helps the Palestinian families not only with their presence but also with volunteers who help with the harvest in the border and friction areas with Jewish Settlers. Photo by Quique Kierszenbaum
